BIKE NIGHT ON PRICE IS RIGHT NIGHT:

On August 23rd the drivers in the late model division will race for $1000. to win the feature thanks to Charlie Price the owner of Price Paving. And now two lucky kids who are in attendance will also walk away (or ride away) with a brand new bicycle by just being at the track.
One lucky girl and one lucky boy will win a a boys and girl's bike if they are present on August 23rd. as a draw will be held for all those kids entering the facility that are under the age of 13. which also means you have gotten free admission. So this means for just being at the speedway you can win free of charge a brand new bicycle.
Charlie Price of Price Paving has been just a tremendous supporter of the track since we took it over, and on nights when the weather man gets us down in the dumps we just have to remember people like Charlie who are trying as hard as we are to make the speedway a happening place, and its easy to get your self picked back up even when things are going as smoothly as you would like. So mark it on your calendar and make sure you are at the track on August 23rd. for the "Price is Right Night"

Capital City Speedway Press Release   -  June 14/06
SCOTIA BANK PLACE PROMO SIMPLY OVERWHELMING:
First of all let me say a great BIG THANK YOU to Charlie Price and the whole Price Paving race team, and John Holtan and Rick Rump with the Top Hat Team, for taking time out of their busy work schedule's to help us promote Nascar Style Stock Car Racing at Capital City Speedway. The Number #27 and the Number #96 where on display on the front walk way leading up to the Scotia Bank Place as over 18,000 avid country music fans came out for the George Strait concert. The cars looked unreal and everyone remembers last week saw most cars in the late model class come out of the thunder with a little roughed up done to them. In fact Charlie and team had to work a lot of late hours to get their car back together and painted and lettered for the show, and they did. The cars received a ton of attention and it was very much worth the while for sure as many, many people stopped by, many pictures where taken and many questions where asked. This is the type of thing that will make people aware of what goes on every Wednesday night at Capital City Speedway. Again Thank you so much to these two teams your assistance is gratefully appreciated and once again shows just how much everyone is working to make CCS a huge success this time around. We will have some pics up shortly so check back to see what it looks like to have 18,000 people surrounding two late models.

PRICE IS RIGHT NIGHT TO BE A 50 LAP FEATURE FOR THE LATE MODELS:
As things start to kick into high gear, with August events just around the corner we thought we should remind everyone that come Aug 23rd the price is going to be right for a number of folks. First of all on the Price is Right Night" presented by Price Paving two lucky young kids are going to win a brand new bike, one for the girls and one for the boys. Plus the late model event should be the largest yet of the season as many out of town drivers have made it known that they are coming to town with guns blazing to take some of the prize money on "the price is right night" home. This of course goes hand and hand with prize money for the heat race winners also and $1000. to win the feature which will be a 50 lapper on this night just to make things interesting. Now add into this fray the talk of a Late Model Dash For Cash Invitational and well you get the picture this could turn into a shoot out at the CC Coral. Aug 23rd. its only a month away.
Found in a field after 30+ years
by Stewart's of Chesterville.
They are in the process of trying to restore this race car to it's original race condition and preserve some racing history.
TWO NEW BICYCLES FOR TWO LUCKY YOUNG FANS ON PRICE IS RIGHT NIGHT AUG 23RD.
Capital City Speedway Press Release Aug. 14/06

Don't forget that next week Aug 23rd. two lucky young fans will receive brand new bicycles compliments of Charlie Price the owner of Price Paving and the title rights holder to the "Price is Right Night" Kids who don't pay to get in meaning under the age of 13 will all be given a ticket as they enter the gate and two lucky fans will win brand new bikes with a draw to take place during the night. Charlie Price's Price Paving was one of the first companies to throw advertising support behind the track way back in Dec of 05 when we first took over, and did so by also allowing the increase of the Late Model purse to $1000. to win. So besides the new bike give a ways, there will also be $1000. to win the Late Model class which if the past is any indication bring more drivers out for this event.
